I’ve found the sneakers I want but can’t select my size
If your size isn't selectable, it’s likely out of stock at the moment. Feel free to email us at djbootsonline@gmail.com, and we’ll let you know when it's available again.

Has my order been sent yet ?
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Shipping usually takes 7–10 days. If you haven’t received your email, check your spam folder or contact us.

Part of my order is missing
Sometimes orders may ship in separate packages. Please wait the full delivery window of 7–16 days. If something is still missing after that, contact us and we’ll fix it fast.

You’ve sent me the wrong items
We're really sorry about that! Please email us at djbootsonline@gmail.com with your order number and photos and videos of the wrong items, and we’ll sort it out ASAP.

I forgot to use my discount code
Unfortunately, once an order is placed, we can’t apply a discount retroactively. But keep an eye out — we run regular promotions and sales you can use next time!
